Abstract

This chapter explores how ethical leadership fosters organizational integrity and influences employee behavior. It demonstrates how ethical leaders cultivate a transparent and accountable organizational culture through frameworks such as Social Learning Theory and Transformational Leadership. The chapter also addresses the challenges leaders face in balancing ethical standards with business objectives and provides practical strategies for overcoming these challenges. Recommendations for integrating ethical leadership into organizational practices and future research directions are discussed.
