Abstract
This study presents a comprehensive framework leveraging blockchain technology to enhance traceability and quality assurance in construction supply chains. By utilizing decentralization, transparency, and immutability, the proposed approach ensures adherence to regulations and maintains data integrity throughout the supply chain. The methodology involves integrating a permissioned blockchain network for all stakeholders, standardizing data input, and utilizing smart contracts to automate compliance verification. The main findings demonstrate that blockchain technology significantly improves monitoring effectiveness, reduces operational inefficiencies, and promotes sustainable construction practices. Key results include enhanced data security, real-time access for stakeholders, and streamlined compliance checks. Challenges related to scalability and economic feasibility are also discussed, emphasizing the need for further research. This investigation highlights blockchain's potential to revolutionize supply chain management in the construction industry by improving accountability, efficiency, and transparency.
