Abstract:

Homeland is a publication developed through a collaborative workshop, investigating notions of the home using written and photographic practices. A workshop took place on on 22nd June 2019 at Take Courage Gallery in New Cross, London and developed into a publication, exhibition and talk on 20th July 2019.

Co-founded in January 2017 by photographers Krasimira Butseva and Lina Ivanova, Revolv was established around the idea of collaboration and collective working. The development of the collective is rooted in challenging the idea of the artist as a solitary genius and in believing that creative development lays within collaboration.
