George is an Associate Professor in Leadership and Innovation. He works with experienced managers and professionals on the Business School's global MBA programmes, and supervises PhD research. Through the MBA programmes, he works with leaders, managers and professionals based in countries all across the world. He is the Co-editor of the journal Action Learning: Research and Practice
