With a particular interest in education questions outside of the purely clinical, Marion has explored spirituality and ethical issues in both nursing and healthcare. She commenced her EdD at York St John University in January 2019 with a research focus on the structure and impact of Imposter Syndrome on Clinical Educators when in their workplace. Through a phenomenological approach, the objective of her study is to gain a greater understanding of the impact of Imposter Syndrome on the lived experiences of these individuals. The aim of the study is to use any understandings gained to shape potential support and enablement frameworks for staff who feel they are in this space.
