Biography Obasanjo Afolabi Bolarinwa is a Fellow of the Africa Union of Population Studies. He earned a first and second degree in Demography and Social Statistics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. He also possessed another Master’s degree in Global Public Health at Canterbury Christ Church University, United Kingdom. Obasanjo is a dynamic global health scholar who has won several awards in prizes. His research focuses on developing social and behavioural interventions to reduce or eliminate health inequalities associated with adverse sexual and reproductive health outcomes of African adolescent girls and young women. He is a resilience health research analyst who is carving his niche in public health due to his vast knowledge of demographic tools and sociological theories in resolving health-related challenges. He has several publications on health inequalities, family planning, and sexual and reproductive health with numerous citations. He is a current member of the Public Health Association of Australia (PHAA), International Sociological Association (ISA), Public Health Association of South Africa (PHASA), Sexual Health Association of South Africa (SHASA) and International Union for Scientific Study of Population (IUSSP). He is a manuscript reviewer for Plos One, BMC series, BMJ series, International Sociology SAGE Journal etc.
