Currently, I am working as a lecturer in business management at York St John University, London Campus. Prior to this I have worked as assistant professor of Management Sciences at The University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (UAJK) with additional responsibility of the Director Finance and Planning of the university. I have 12 years of schooling in business studies along with more than 13 years of academic and 5 years of industry experience. I have developed and delivered 28 different courses/modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, in the areas of Management, HRM, and Entrepreneurship. I have supervised 07 master’s research theses and more than 15 bachelor’s projects. I published over 21 research papers in peer-reviewed journals with a cumulative impact factor of 6.616 and received 3 research grants. I was the recipient of a gold medal in my MBA degree and the best student award in my Ph.D. studies. Apart from my academic experience, my three years of experience of working in a leading bank of Pakistan (HBL), two years in an international NGO (Malteser International), one year as Director Finance and Planning of UAJK and two years as coordinator of the department of Management Sciences, UAJK, gives me insight into reality of the practical world.
