Biography:

In the past, I have successfully engaged in both research and teaching in different areas within the field of Management. My research has an interdisciplinary approach. I have presented some of my work at international conferences including the Academy of Management (AOM), the European Academy of Management (EURAM) & in workshops organized by the European Institute of Advanced Management Studies. My research has received several awards and nominations.

Qualifications:

I studied for an MSc in Human Resource Management at Brunel University in London, which I completed in 2012 with distinction. Following this, I pursued and obtained a PhD degree from the University of St.Gallen (Switzerland) in the field of Management with a principal focus on how top managers act based on their values and perform on behalf of the organization, which I completed in 2019.
