Muhammad Burhan is a lecturer in Business Management at the York St John University, UK. He received his postgraduate degree in strategic management from the University of Bradford, UK and a PhD in strategic human resource management from the University of Huddersfield, UK. Burhan has previously worked at University of Huddersfield, Coventry University and Middlesex University, UK. His research interests centre on contextual HRM, leadership, people analytics and sustainability, primarily in SMEs.
