Biography:

Dr. Albert D. Piersson is a Senior Lecturer and Course Lead in Diagnostic Radiography, bringing a wealth of experience in clinical practice, academic leadership, and research. I hold a PhD (Diagnostic Imaging) from The National University of Malaysia, MSc (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) from the Anglia Ruskin University, UK, and Diploma (Radiologic Technology) from the University of Ghana. He investigated the structural and functional brain alterations in Alzheimer's disease using multimodal magnetic resonance imaging for his PhD. Dr. Piersson is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AdvanceHE), reflecting his commitment to ongoing professional development, excellence in teaching, and the support of student learning, as well as his dedication to advancing and promoting high-qualitymore...
