The system comprises a registration processing unit(102) to issue an educational document or transcript to register within an Ethereum Blockchain; a smart-contract mapping unit(104) to map each registered educational document or transcript with a one-to-one correspondence against a Unique Blockchain ID Code; a graphical user interface(108) to allow students from universities to get registered on the Ethereum Blockchain to apply for credit transfer applications or job applications; a verification unit(110) to enable universities or employers to cross-reference the provided Unique Blockchain ID Code against a Smart Contract Centralized System to retrieve and validate applicant’s details; a feedback mechanism(112) to permit the information transfer upon successful validation of the information thereby send an error message to the candidate; a control unit(114) to restrict unauthorized access to the Smart Contract Centralized System; and an alert unit(116) to notify candidates, universities, or employers of any mismatch or anomalies detected during the verification process.
