Abstract
This keynote will explore how artificial intelligence is transforming business, management, and society, while highlighting the importance of intersectional identity, equality, diversity, and inclusion in the design, development, and governance of AI systems. The presentation will examine both the opportunities and challenges associated with AI-driven decision-making, including algorithmic bias, responsible innovation, inclusive leadership, and strategies for building equitable and sustainable AI-enabled organizations.
Through contemporary examples, case studies, and practical insights, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how businesses and institutions can recognize and address inequalities within the AI ecosystem while leveraging AI to drive innovation and positive social impact.
I believe this topic aligns well with the conference's interdisciplinary focus and addresses an increasingly important issue for researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and business leaders.
