Abstract

Summary of Session: This session explores implications for assessment and feedback practice by showcasing and discussing a small scale evaluative review of a (written) summative assessment feedback template, undertaken within a Students as Researchers scheme. The session is dialogic and participatory in nature and geared towards both sharing, and developing, ways in which we can enable collaborative-modes of knowledge creation.

In inviting SEDA colleagues also to develop the dialogue from this project’s emergent findings, the session is designed to capture perspectives on ways in which we can develop the authenticity of our knowledge of (summative) assessment and feedback practice(s) and, from that, foster (more) meaningful engagement.
