Dr Bilal Zaghmout is a Senior Lecturer in Business Management and Module Director of Global Business Strategy. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Dr Bilal Zaghmout has MBA Global with Merit from London Metropolitan University. In addition, he also possesses a PhD in Leadership and other postgraduate research and teaching qualifications in his repertoire. Bilal is a Scholar in Leadership and Management, He is a well-known and recognised scholar in the field of Distributed Leadership and works across the globe on research projects. He is very active in teaching Leadership and Management. He is also the leader of a range of modules in Leadership and Module Director of Global Business Strategy. He is involved in delivering these modules to undergraduates and postgraduates including MSc, MBA and DBA students. Also, he is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), a Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE), Fellow of Royal Society of Art (FRSA), Fellow of Institute of Leadership and Management (FInstLM), Mentor of Institute of Leadership and Management (MInstLM), External Examiner (EEHEA) and a member of British Academy of Management (BAM). Dr Bilal Zaghmout was the Founder and a Consultant of TMC Texas Management Consultancy, Also he is a Lead Auditor ISO 9001, Called upon reputation as a people-oriented HR professional with experience advising and influencing strategies with a focus on talent development, organisational effectiveness and process and policy improvements during six years’ success in HR management.
