I am Lecturer - Business and Management (Assistant Professor) at York St John University (London Campus). Previously I was Teaching Fellow/Lecturer (Post Doctoral Training) at Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia UK and member of the Employment Systems and Institutions group. My research focuses on management control systems and performance measurement particularly in banking and healthcare sectors. I have published in prestigious, peer-reviewed, Scopus indexed journals. My doctoral research focused on Investigating the Impact of Management Control Systems on Organizational Performance by Applying Framework of Performance Measurement Systems. My teaching philosophy aligns with the Teaching Excellence Framework. I have an experience of teaching classroom based as well as online/remote lectures on part-time and full-time basis since May 2014.
